Usj1 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document outlines the rules and conditions governing the use of the usj1 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing or creating an account, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the usj1 platform accessible via usj1.app, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and usj1 as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these Terms & Conditions will be deemed as acceptance of those changes.
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
- Reside in or access the platform from a permitted region
- Have never previously been banned by usj1 from using the platform
- Be legally capable of entering into binding decisions
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
To access the full range of usj1 services, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details confidential, including your username and password. usj1 will never request your password via email or any unofficial channel. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
User Responsibilities
- Ensure all profile information is accurate and updated whenever there are changes
- Not share your account with others or allow any third party to use your account
- Not use the platform for any unlawful activity
- Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage any part of the platform's systems
- Comply with all game and betting rules set by usj1
3. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the usj1 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). usj1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of local payment methods, including bank transfer, Boost, and GrabPay.
Deposit
Deposit funds will be credited to your account once payment confirmation is received. Processing times vary depending on the payment method chosen. Users are responsible for ensuring that payment details are accurate before completing any transaction. usj1 is not liable for delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stipulated by the platform. usj1 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal for security and compliance purposes. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise specified.

- Completed transactions cannot be reversed except at the sole discretion of usj1
4. Account Suspension, Closure, and Limitation of Liability
Account Suspension & Closure
Usj1 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close the account of any user who violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, attempts money laundering, abuses promotions, or exhibits any conduct deemed inappropriate by management. Users will be notified via their registered email in the event of an account suspension or closure.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be returned in accordance with the established procedure, subject to the required review and verification.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, usj1 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to loss of funds resulting from a user's failure to maintain account security. usj1's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the usj1 platform — including designs, logos, text, graphics, software code, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of usj1 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the platform without prior written consent from usj1.
Third-Party Links
The usj1 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment processors. usj1 has no control over the content or policies of such third-party services and is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from their use. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of those third parties separately.
Changes to Terms
Usj1 reserves the right to modify, add to, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via their registered email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
